In order for us to successfully process your order, your billing and shipping address MUST match. In the event an order is placed and the billing & shipping address do not match, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund. We make no exceptions to this rule. We apologise for any inconvenience.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days.
Orders are sent via Royal Mail recorded & international delivery.
A dispatch email with tracking will be sent to the email provided once your order has been dispatched.

TAX & CUSTOMS
All customs, duties & taxes are the responsibility of the customers and are not collected by LaBellePeachés, nor are they included in the order total. Any applicable fee will be due upon delivery.
LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
LaBellePeaches is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages under no circumstances. However, you can make a claim directly through Royal Mail. Upon requested we’re willing to assist and provide the relevant information required to make a claim.
Great time and care has gone into producing our pieces; therefore, we do not offer refund or exchange.
